Park Ride Estates is small neighbourhood just north of River Springs. Like River Springs, it is a community of single family detached homes nestled just west of Burke Mountain. The neighbourhood is a balance of a private natural setting that seems miles away from the hustle and bustle of city centre but is actually only 5 mins away from city centre Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam!

Sought after family and community centered neighbourhood

Primarily a neighbourhood with single family detached homes, this is a neighbourhood that is sought after for its community lifestyle. Along with the ongoing development in Burke Mountain, this neighbourhood also sees some townhome development on the horizon. The neighbourhood is very well located with 5 min access to Coquitlam downtown centre as well as Port Coquitlam’s commercial areas. The sense of safety and security here make it a great place to raise a family or retire in the peace and tranquility of the forest backdrop.

Crystal Falls Trail

The neighbourhood sits in a very natural background and there are many nearby trails that are accessible directly from the greenbelts that sit next to many of the homes. A popular hike is Crystal Falls that is accessible from David & Shaughnessy Roads. From hiking trails along the scenic Coquitlam River, to the fish and wildlife of Oxbow Lake, to the swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts at the River Springs Recreation Centre, there’s plenty of reasons to enjoy the outdoors. During mid-October to November Chum salmon run along the Coquitlam River and Coho salmon runs until December.
