Summit View is the smallest subarea in Coquitlam bordering Westwood Plateau (to the north) and Port Moody (to its west). There are only a handful of streets in this cul-de-sac full of small courts on mild slopes.
There is easy access to the trails like Horne trail and the ever popular and more “urban”, Coquitlam Crunch hiking trail. City Centre and Downtown is just minutes away.
