Champlain Heights was one of the last areas of Vancouver to be urbanized in the 1970s. The showcase residential community was planned with windy roads, cul-de-sacs, lots of green space serving a mix of housing types and income levels.

Located in the south east corner of Vancouver, the Champlain Heights neighbourhood is a quiet garden community with nearly 1/2 neighbourhood as green space.

The nearly 40 hectare Everett Crowley Park is tucked away and locals love to go hiking, biking and running there.
