Victoria is a mix of residential and commercial areas that provides a great destination for Indo-Canadian, Chinese-Canadian or SE Asian produce, fabrics, import goods, and cuisine.

With Nanaimo Skytrain, Kingsway to its north and 41st Ave to its South, there are good transit options. It is located very centrally between Vancouver and Burnaby with easy access to Downtown and Richmond. Its neighbours Fraserview, Killarney, and East Fraser lands form a cohesive growing community.

South Vancouver and South Hill is full of independent business owners and community leaders. Homes can have some history with some existing from pre-war, some middle aged homes built during the 80s, followed by a resurgence of newer homes rebuilt recently.
