Canyon Springs Coquitlam neighbourhood guide.

Canyon Springs is a residential neighbourhood right beside Downtown Coquitlam (North Coquitlam) and just south of Westwood Plateau. The area offers a variety of detached homes as well as townhomes/condos. This is a highly desirable area for many who love the convenience of accessible living yet not be right in the middle of the urban bustle.  It is extremely close to the Coquitlam malls, restaurants, and cafes, and there are a number of central buses and skytrain stations to whisk you away to do your errands or work.

This neighbourhood is highly livable and has not only the convenient retail and commerce but also the local services like daycares, strongstart programs, and nearby community centres. For parents with kids, there are a number of good schools with Program Choices (french immersion) as well as the unique Mandarin Bilingual Program.

Meanwhile, the inner neighbourhood offers more private residential detached homes that enjoy a large greenbelt running through its centre.
