Fantastic experience with Meryl (and her partner Vince was wonderful as well) – Meryl helped us out with so many things we felt stressed about, those little and big things that panic an already crazed seller! making the experience of selling easier. Vince even helped us pack up our very large UHaul as well as working alongside Meryl with anything we were not able to get done ourselves being at work etc) – again a huge stress relief for us. We had actually chosen another realtor when someone mentioned Meryl. So I looked her up, read her great reviews, and called her. We never looked back – after talking to her I knew that our interests in selling our home, and getting a good price for it, were in alignment with our goals.

When I sell my house in South Vancouver, I met with a lot of realtors who told me to sell to builders below assessment and let them tear down quickly. But Meryl was different and I remember what Meryl said….you worked all your life for your home and you deserve to get a better price for this home. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Meryl as our realtor for both our sell and purchase of our new condo in downtown Vancouver. We’ve dealt with many realtors with our investment houses and I have to be honest that we signed the listing documents for our primary home with some reservations. A Helping Hand

…Meryl was filling in for my real estate agent on my move out date and was such a huge help. I had issues with the movers and she helped me with some final cleaning, taking out garbage and even drove me to my hotel at midnight when we were done. It is my first house purchase but I wasn’t going to live there.

I found an investment home and was ready to make an offer. I needed someone quick but my friend who is a realtor was not available so I found Meryl after calling a few realtors. She spent time on the phone getting to know me and then we arranged a time to meet in the evening. She came prepared with a laptop, and even a printer! ha ha. I could tell she spent all day preparing info to show me. At the cafe, she got to know my situation a little better. It is my first house purchase but I wasn’t going to live there. I live with my parents. I needed an investment home as a stepping stone to buying my own home. After preparing an offer, she reviewed the investment home financials with me and went throughly through the closing costs. She helped call my mortgage banker and after spending several hours with Meryl, it was getting late. I was scared to tell her but she didn’t even flinch when I realized that I wasn’t ready to make the offer. I didn’t have enough downpayment to get financing. She was so kind and informative.
