The global pandemic has forced us to re-evaluate how we conduct our business both on a professional and personal level. We have always had a market leading digital approach and we have been able to adapt quickly, but we have also redesigned our safety procedures to go above and beyond recommendations.

Real Estate services have remained open because BC has listed it as a basic essential service. Although the Real Estate Board have strongly recommended against physical Open Houses, safe private viewings and virtual tours have been filling that void. Increasingly, LIVE Streaming Open Houses make it convenient for sellers to present their homes and allow buyers to tour and ask questions in real time.

Although there are no major changes for real estate services in phase 2 of BC’s pandemic plan, we continue to take care beyond recommendations to keep our clients safe. Some of the things we are doing to care for clients and others are listed here. Although these are only a few of the extra steps we take, you won’t need to read an exhaustive list because we make timely reminders to all parties when we contact them.
